What I build

Production platforms. Not slideware.

Four platforms run under Next Revolution Media. They share one spine — pragmatic AI, SMB economics, operator-grade reliability — and they're what I deploy inside Platform Build engagements.

Newsletter Builder™

Editorial → revenue, automated.

AI-assisted issue planning, draft, send, and sponsor-pipeline tooling. Replaces the four-app stack publishers cobble together. Built for operators who need to ship weekly without a managing editor.

Platform Builder™

Spin up a vertical SaaS in a weekend.

Opinionated scaffolding for productized-service businesses: auth, billing, dashboards, AI workflow shells, admin Control Center. The same spine that runs SBDS, MaineCoastLife, and three private deployments.

SpecBuilder AI™

Turn a sales call into a buildable spec.

Multi-model agent that ingests recorded discovery and outputs scoped requirements, milestones, and pricing ranges. Built for fractional CTOs, agencies, and platform teams selling custom work. 220+ active users.

MaineCoastLife

The reference deployment.

Five-figure flagship Platform Licensing Agreement with a paying enterprise client. Full-stack SaaS media platform shipped in 8 weeks. The reference deployment.

Flagship build

MaineCoastLife .com

Eight weeks from concept to production deployment. MaineCoastLife.com is a full-stack SaaS media platform serving the Portland, Maine region. The platform runs an events discovery engine backed by ten custom-built scrapers — each tuned to a specific venue's tech stack, all feeding a normalized event pipeline. It includes a business directory with admin CMS, a newsletter system on Resend, white-labeled ticketing via TicketSauce, full Supabase Auth with role-based admin, a TipTap rich-text blog, GA4 with UTM attribution, an OG metadata injection edge function, PWA configuration, custom subdomain email infrastructure with DKIM and SPF, and a security hardening pass with WAF, HMAC webhook signatures, and RLS on every table. Licensed to a paying enterprise client under a five-figure Platform Licensing Agreement with recurring monthly fees and expansion revenue through custom scraper additions.

Three SMB platforms live and serving customers.

Align by Lia

Austin, TX

Full platform build for a personal-development practice with attribution tracking from ad source through booked consultation. The Control Center admin gives the owner direct control over content, lead routing, and reporting without engineering involvement.

D&K Automotive

Leander, TX

Dual-site deployment for an automotive operation running two physical locations under one ownership. Each site presents its own location-specific content while sharing a unified Control Center admin so the owner manages both with a single login. Multi-tenant architecture generalizes — additional locations deploy in hours.

Liberty Hill Dental

Liberty Hill, TX

Multi-page platform built around an appointment-oriented content architecture, with Control Center managing service pages, team bios, and patient resources. The practice runs the site themselves, with engineering only involved for structural changes.

Control Center™

Operator admin

Every NRM deployment — and this site — ships with a Control Center. Inquiries, downloads, GA4 and GTM config, integration URLs, audit log. One admin surface, not a stack of dashboards. Built so the operator who comes in after me can run the business without a Slack thread.
